House Ammenities
This gracious Island retreat is surrounded by beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. The views from the second floor wrap around deck and shaded gazebo are superb from stunning sunrises over the Atlantic to spectacular sunsets on the Sea of Abaco. The first floor verandah provides cool, well-shaded haven – perfect for whiling away lazy tropical afternoons.The upper deck provides a gazebo with tables and chairs for outside entertaining and also sun lounges. The lower deck has a hammock and two hammock chairs. There is an outside shower for convenience.

The Interior is finished with special attention to detail. The top floor includes the living and dining rooms and a kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a study, which could be used as another bedroom. Also on the top floor is a half bath.
There are three bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath. There are two spacious guestrooms that share a common bathroom, and a 1/2 bath off the living room area. The house accomodates 6 adults comfortably.

The house is within a few minutes to either the Atlantic Ocean for surfing or boogie boarding on the Sea of Abaco, which is excellent for small children who aren’t ready for the waves!
Hope Town is within walking distance but renting a golf cart is recommended. What a fun way to get around the island!
