Rates & Reservations
General Information:
The rate for a weekly rental is $1890 per week, up to 6 people.
Please let us know if an extra guest will be accompanying you.
You will be charged a minimum of $150.00 per extra person.

Please visit our ONLINE CALENDAR to see availability for our vacation home.
Securing Your Reservation:
After confirming your dates of travel through the online calendar, please contact
Luke and Sarah Allen to confirm that there are not any conflicts with your chosen date. Once confirmed, A 25% deposit is needed to reserve your rental booking (A rental contract will be supplied by Elbow Cay Properties). Rental balances are due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. We would prefer a U.S. bank draft or cashier's check. No postal money orders please.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: if you cancel 90 days prior to arrival you will receive your deposit back less 10% of deposit for processing fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, you will lose your deposit unless we can re-rent the house for those same dates. Your deposit is non-refundable during the four weeks before and after Christmas and Easter holidays unless we re-rent the house.
REMEMBER ALL INDIVIDUALS NEED TO HAVE PASSPORTS TO ENTER THE BAHAMAS!!!!!
